The Hotel Casa San Agustín, offers an elegant and luxurious atmosphere that meets the expectations of its guests, maintaining an intact colonial heritage in its facilities, committed to tourism sustainability, implementing environmental protection programs, sociocultural and economic promotion, tracking to comply with legal requirements, controlling the negative impacts that may arise from our activities and enhancing positive ones, sensitizing guests and suppliers, and training our collaborators in the protection of flora and fauna, goods of cultural interest and prevention of the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. Management is committed to the monitoring and permanent monitoring of sustainability programs to ensure the continuous improvement of the SGST.

OBJECTIVES OF THE SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

Disclose and raise awareness among all concerned about the Prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, CSEC.

Disclose and raise awareness among all those interested in respect for flora and fauna and their illegal traffic.

Disclose the Cultural Heritage of the destination, making all interested parties aware of respectful behavior during their visit and of their illegal traffic.

Reduce the generation of waste, promoting a comprehensive waste management that encourages the decrease in generation, promote reuse recycling and its recovery.

Promote sustainable practices to our customers and collaborators, to reduce the consumption of water and energy resources.

Promote social and economic growth, hiring staff of the destination, prioritizing purchases from suppliers in the local area, and supporting different social groups.

1. When planning your trip, choose those providers that offer guarantees of quality and respect for human rights and the environment.
